Haresh Damodar Kanabar, Non-Executive Chairman

Haresh Kanabar qualified as a certified accountant in 1986. Following a number of finance positions with Fisons plc, Reed International plc and Texas Homecare Limited he became finance director of F E Barber Limited, a subsidiary of Hillsdown Holdings Limited, in 1994. In 1997 he was appointed group finance director of Whitchurch Group Plc which he left in May 1998 to become finance director of TMV Finance Limited. In December 1999, he left to join Corvus Capital Inc. as chief executive and in November 2002 he left to become finance director of Gaming Insight plc. Haresh has also been non-executive chairman of Silentpoint Plc, an investment company, since October 2000.

Alan John (“John”) Morton, Non-Executive Director

John is founder shareholder of European Wealth Management Group plc,. Prior to founding European Wealth Management Group plc, John was the Chief Executive of Syndicate Asset Management plc, having previously been the Chief Executive of Ashcourt Holdings plc. Prior to this, he was the Investment Director of Brachers LLP, and previously held senior roles at Hill Samuel Investment Management Limited, Schlesinger Investment Management Services Limited, Target Trust Managers Limited and Abtrust Fund Managers Limited. John has over 33 years’ experience of managing institutional and private client accounts, and the management and acquisition of wealth management business.
